Hunter House Victorian Museum

The Hunter House Victorian Museum is a Victorian home in the heart of Norfolk, Virginia.  The Hunter House was built in 1894 for Mr. Hunter and his family which included his wife and three children.  The house allows visitors to take a step back in time and enter an elegant home at the end of the 19th century.  The house contains beautiful period furnishing, unique pieces of art, and personal items of the family.  We invite all of our readers to come enjoy a tour at the Hunter House!

The Hunter House is open from April 1st until mid December with tours available Wednesday through Sunday.  The house opens at 10am and will have it’s last tour at 3:30pm Wednesday through Saturday and will open at 12:30pm to 3:30pm on Sunday.  The Hunter House also hosts several special events each month so be sure to ask to be added to our mailing list and check out our website.
